    Not the best food. The pizza was not fresh. But we were in the late afternoon. Salad was okay not many choices. Fried fish and chicken was awesome. Great choices for vegetables. Some of the shrimp was old.

    I love the Shrimp linguine, the. Chicken Florentine White pizza. Going to try the buffet on Saturday with Crab legs.

    We wound up in Newport by accident and just stumbled into Milanos at lunch. The name isn't descriptive of what we found. There was a buffet with a crazy selection of foods that were all authentic and hot and, frankly, amazing! The place doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you! Oh, and this extremely well stocked buffet was $8 per adult for all you want!! I don't know when I might return to Newport, but when I do, I'll be headed straight to Milanos!

    Had dinner here for the first time since we moved here 2 months ago and wow it is nasty. We had the buffet and everything on it was nasty. It tasted as though it had been sitting awhile or was from breakfast for lunch buffet. The salad was brown and wilted and some of it was even slimey. There was fish on the buffet and tarter sauce and it was very warm. We saw the manager repeatedly look over the bar and nothing was changed.

    Their buffet has an incredible selection! Everything from ribs to pizza! Only $10 for an adult and on some days it's free for kids 9 and under!
